This grows into ignorance and ultimately darkness. Darkness in which you can't see both the light and the hope of finding the same. When you don't know about how things work, you slowly give yourself up into submission. It feels like you are asleep, trapped in a dungeon from where there's no escape. Life seems to you that it has crushed you under it's feet. You feel like being suffocated by the constant pressures of things. That's when you feel like a slave, a slave to the demons produced by your mental retardation. All this can be undone if you faithfully submit yourself to the pursuit of knowledge.          Let it go Life is full of uncertainties and there are times when you feel worthless. This feeling is born off the allegations and gossips being centred around you. When you think of all the blemishes being put on you, your inner peace is sacrificed and your mental health suffers. People are gonna say whatever they want to, but do you really think that pondering over the same could make the situation better? The answer is no my dear friends. So I have a request to you, please stop giving too much a thought to all the gossips you come across about yourself. Please my dear friends, the next time you encounter such things, please "let it go" . I know that this is really the hardest part.                         Meditation  A great way to calm the agitated state of mind, meditation can be your best friend in dealing with the disturbances of this life. There are lots of things which are beyond our control. We can't change a thing about the innumerable mishaps life puts before us. But we can of course, find a way to condition ourselves so that these mishaps being put up by life don't have an effect on us. Meditation is the best thing you can do to yourself and to your life. Delve deeper into the inner state of your mind and see how the mind works.  Sit in a meditative posture and focus on your inner selves. Observe all the thoughts that cross your mind. Don't try to do anything with these thoughts, just see them and let them go. Slowly over time, you will see that the thoughts which once caused trouble to you, are no more effective in troubling you.   Time changes From the experience of life I have got, I must say that you should never give too much a thought to anything untoward. Thinking about the things beyond your control will only drain your energy. It leaves you restless and broken.  Let the pendulum swing, you will see that the things which gave you nightmares once, are now nothing to bother with. Such is the healing power of time.  Cattles graze on the small plants and shrubs, when the same plants grow over time and develop into trees, they give shelter and shade to the same cattles, being exhausted by the tortures of the climate. Never trouble yourself with worries, ultimately the time will change.  As they say - the best thing about time is that it changes.

 Reading for your soul Don't read to flaunt your literary skills. Don't read to brag about your intellectual prowess. Read because it's fun, read because it gives you inner pleasure and peace. Read because you enjoy the process of living several Iives with the turning of several pages. You don't have to show off to this world what you have got in your brains. You don't have to speak as the president of America, to a population of tens of thousands of people. You just want to feed your soul with lots of positive vibes, that's why you should be reading. Read books because they teach you how to be aloof from the unending fetters of this world. Read books because they teach you how to cope with the enemies created by your mind.
