Knowledge makes you unfit to be a slave

There's a saying in an American movie that whatever we don't understand, we are scared of that thing. 

Lack of knowledge gives rise to self doubt and diffidence. This grows into ignorance and ultimately darkness. Darkness in which you can't see both the light and the hope of finding the same.

When you don't know about how things work, you slowly give yourself up into submission. It feels like you are asleep, trapped in a dungeon from where there's no escape.

Life seems to you that it has crushed you under it's feet. You feel like being suffocated by the constant pressures of things. That's when you feel like a slave, a slave to the demons produced by your mental retardation.

All this can be undone if you faithfully submit yourself to the pursuit of knowledge. Fight against the sinful messengers of ignorance. Ward off the evil spirits of mental slavery. Gain knowledge, gain insight of the things in your life. Resolve to improve every single day and make the change happen.

When you know everything about yourself, you take control of your life. When you take control of your life, no enemy has got the strength to put you down. In the battle of life, knowledge is your unassailable weapon as well as your best ally.
